摩托罗拉应用技术研究中心中国实验室是摩托罗拉全球应用技术研究中心在北京设立的一个部门,现正致力于研究宽带通信及新一代视频解决方案等先进项目的研究,加入我们团队的博士后研究人员将成为摩托罗拉全球从事先进技术应用研究团队的一部分,并和他们一起工作.此外,这些工作职位也为那些不仅致力于研究而且关注工业应用的人才提供了良好的工作平台.

1.此职位将于北京外企服务总电玩城777水果机(FESCO)签订劳动合同,并由其代办人事相关事务;与摩托罗拉签署2-3年的外派劳务合同,新酬待遇将参照摩托罗拉正式员工(博士毕业生)的待遇.
2.博士后的户口将按国家和北京市政府政策解决处理.
Job Title职位名称: Post-Doc Research企业博士后
? - PhD degrees (within two years of graduation) in Computer Science, Communication, or EE.
? - Demonstrated innovative thinking and problem solving skills.
? - Interested in hands-on prototyping work, apart from academic research.
? - Programming skills in c/c++/Javascript
? - Energetic, quick learner, can-do altitude
? - Fluent English in both writing and oral communication
? - Good team worker
Candidates with research experience and background in (one or more of) the following areas are preferred:

? - Multimedia contents delivery research: video delivery network, video analytics (eg using data mining method), distributed storage system, video applications, system simulation and modelling optimisation, OPNET experience
? - Web browser knowledge and development experience: Webkit browser, XHTML/CSS/DOM
? - Knowledge and interest on SNS, Internet TV, IPTV/STB middleware;
? - Knowledge/experience on IP networks, IP mobility, SIP, P2P etc.
